Multigrain chips topped with jalapeños, green onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and several flyover strafing runs of Sriracha. I started chopping with no idea what I wanted to make and eventually decided that making a heap would be just fine. This was actually pretty good. I liked the brittle defiance of the chips together with the firm tenderness of cucumber, the juicy and yielding gentleness of tomatoes, and the spirited petulance of the jalapeños and Sriracha.
