One of my staples. Miso and wakame are joined by hot water and then silken tofu is squeezed through fingers into the bowl. I use a Zojirushi hot water dispenser so that I always have hot water ready for miso soup. 5 minute lunch.
I ate my Kickstarter. It was good.
Wrapped in a wheat tortilla and served with maple syrup.
Grab a dubu kimchi recipe and use tempeh or seitan instead of pork. I like a rather spicy kimchi with lots of garlic and ginger.
With malt vinegar, Sriracha, and Cholula on the side.
