WordPress 2.3 Plugin Compatibility

As I mentioned earlier, the schema changes in 2.3 will cause some plugin compatibility problems. Particularly affected are plugins dealing with categories. To help identify and update plugins with compatibility problems, a 2.3 Plugin Compatibility List is being written by the community. If you have been testing 2.3 Beta, add the plugins you use to the appropriate sections of that list so that we know what is working and what needs work.
When I upgrade to 2.3, it says that one of my categories has a duplicate, and it automatically changes the category of those posts to Blogroll and deletes the original category. In addition, dd-drop down list 1.2 no longer works for no posts, but does work for the posts that were already in the category before.
