This one time, at WordCamp, I got a bit drunk off of all of the drinks people bought me in appreciation for writing the theme engine, adding i18n support, battling mod_rewrite, and being a swell guy and good tipper.
But seriously, WordCamp is coming soon and all of the Automattic crew will be there. I'm sure I'll be buying drinks for some of the many people who have contributed to WP and made it so successful. If you've had a patch land in WP, mention your changeset or ticket number for a free beer on me.

Somewhat on-topic, I’ve a request – a guide to making your theme WordPress.com ready. Assuming you guys would take Tarski, we’d love to make it as easy as possible for you… stripping out the update notification, for example.

Ahh well i would come, because the free beer sounds wonderful, even tho i have no support ticket number i could still find you later in the night and bum one off ya im sure. But alas being a poor college student has its draw backs.
