Kubrick 1.3.0-rc2

Here’s the latest Kubrick for 1.3 theme. This is a port of Kubrick to the WordPress 1.3 theme engine. Changes since rc1:
- Added 404 page
- Images are loaded from stylesheet_dir instead of template_directory
- Added links.php and archives.php page templates
The links and archives templates are simply proof-of-concept templates for the new page template feature. They haven’t been given design love. Loading images from stylesheet_dir allows other themes to provide new styles for the Kubrick templates more easily. The 404 page is used if a PATH_INFO based cruft-free URI cannot be resolved or if you are using a 404 ErrorDocument (ErrorDocument 404 /index.php?error=404).
